Cheese Cellar is a wholesaler and processor of cheese products and speciality foods. Our customers are contract caterers, travel caterers, hotels and restaurants as well as quality food manufacturers throughout the country and sales are split evenly between these main customer segments.
Our strategy is to be the supplier of choice for the foodservice sector for speciality and/or quality foods with respect to cheese and dairy products and certain speciality food ranges. The aim is to focus on developing niche market areas supported by quality products and excellent customer service.
