We at The Cheese Cellar have a passion for cheese and are keen to broaden our customers’ horizons in taste, texture and usage by introducing new or perhaps undiscovered specialities at every opportunity. As well as a spectacular range, a first class service and exceptional due diligence, we are able to offer our customers additional added value by providing the tools to assist you in choosing and using cheese. Our Product Profiles will give you a brief synopsis of an individual cheese, together with a little background information or quirky story that will enable serving staff to demonstrate product knowledge and interest the client.   Product Profiles are saved in pdf format and can therefore be sent by email, if available, or by fax if not. Product demonstration and training are available. Kitchen and service personnel can be taught, not just about the cheeses themselves or how to prepare a well balanced and visually stimulating cheese board, but how to save costs by maintaining and preparing products for presentation in the most efficient manner. In addition, all Cheese Cellar customers receive a copy of our regular newsletter which, among other things, will inform of new product launches and promotional activity.
