Our Chefs
This is where we feel we offer something really different to most suppliers that you can choose to work with. We have developed relationships with recognised chefs including Claire Clark (MBE) who has been awarded the title of Best Pastry Chef on two occasions by Restaurant Magazine. Her career has encompassed time spent in the American Restaurant, The French Laundry, which was the first American Restaurant to attain three Michelin Stars. We are very lucky to have her supporting the Cheese Cellar team at tastings, events, shows. Claire, along with Belinda Leong and Angela Pinkerton create recipes using our products. This helps us to guide chefs on how to use our range to good effect in their food.
