Association Culinaire Française
The ACF is an association created and managed by Chefs, for Chefs. Ideas have progressed since its founding in 1903 by Mr Auguste Esscoffier, but the aims remain unchanged - to maintain professional standards of cuisine and to encourage learning and skills. The ACF works closely with many colleges nationwide and their accreditation of approved training course underpins their commitment to yound and aspiring chefs.
The ACF is involved in organising competitions, demonstrations and other events promoting the art of cuisine and Cheese Cellar is happy to be supporting the Association with these events.
