Our Customer

We know that there is a danger of trying to be everything to everyone - this is our constant concern. Because we are aware of this all of the time, we make decisions knowing that we must not become 'a jack of all trades and master of none'. We structure our business so that we have experts across Cheese Cellar in each area of the business. We all have knowledge about everything but have specialist skills. You can speak to a team that really understand their product area and have been in direct contact with the producers themselves. They are not just people reading off of a product list.

It is not only knowing about the products but understanding the customers; we realise that you all need something different. A rural farm shop has very different requirements from us than an airline or a sandwich manufacturer. We deal with everyone and we believe that this makes us experts on food and we have in-depth knowledge on how this is used across different types of businesses and in varying situations.

We have tried to provide a brief outline of who we currently work with so that you know that we have experience in your sector. This is not to say that this list may not change and we shall attempt to keep it updated as our business evolves. We develop based on the needs of our customers.
