Cheese is what our business began with and is still central to what we do. We enjoy the relationships that selling great cheese brings with it. We visit small producers in both the UK and across Europe and watch them in action. This means we know what we are selling and can discuss any customer concerns directly with the cheesemakers. Cheese is such a versatile product so we have a very wide range, whether it is the best for a cheese sauce or to be savoured with a Miller Damsel biscuit from our selection and topped off with our own Croxton Manor Chutney. We can help you with tastings for customers and staff, farm visits, recipes.
