Fresh As started in New Zealand in 2006 and came to the UK market in Spring 2011 through Cheese Cellar. Renowned Chef Claire Clark works closely with Cheese Cellar – she recognised the sensational taste and texture qualities of this range of innovative products on a visit to New Zealand. Intense in flavour with a crunchy texture - you really do need to taste these fantastic new products to fully appreciate how exciting they are. Predominantly fruit, not only Raspberries and Strawberries but exotic fruit, Lychees, Mandarins, Mango, Pineapple and Banana and many more - whole, segments, and powders. Added to this is a range of 'flaked' vinegars, Sherry and Balsamic, with equal flavour intensity.
