Baking the best loaf or the most delicate patisserie is all about how the chef handles the right ingredients. We try to play our part by supplying these. We have flour from Viron Flour Mill in the heart of Beauce, an agricultural region to the South West of Paris. The long established mill works in partnership with farmers, developing many original fabulous quality products for bakers and pastry chefs. Our British flour comes from Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire. This mill was restored in 1981 and since then has developed an excellent reputation for organic and wholemeal flours. The distinctive flavours and textures are why we have chosen the flours from this mill.
